Change Of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, you may be eligible for a refund.
To qualify for a change of mind return:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be in good condition.
- The product must not be damaged through misuse, neglect or abnormal use.
- The product should include all original parts and accessories where applicable.
Please contact our team before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Faulty, Damaged Or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or significantly different from the item ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may request photographs or videos to assist with assessing the issue and identifying the most appropriate resolution.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:

- A repair where appropriate

Products Not Eligible For Refund
Refunds may not be available where:
- The product has been damaged through misuse, neglect or improper use.
- The product has been altered or modified after delivery.
- The issue was clearly disclosed prior to purchase.
- The request falls outside Australian Consumer Law and outside the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee period.
Returning An Item
Before returning any product, please contact us via our Contact Us page and provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Supporting photos or videos if applicable
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Please do not return products without receiving return instructions from our team.
Return Shipping Costs
If a product is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, Aussie Relief Co will cover reasonable return shipping costs where a return is required.
For approved change of mind returns, return shipping arrangements will be advised during the return process.
In some cases, we may determine that a return is not necessary and may issue a replacement, refund or other resolution without requiring the item to be sent back.
Refund Processing Times
Once a refund has been approved and processed, funds will be returned to the original payment method used for purchase.
Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days, although processing times may vary between financial institutions.
Late Or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
